Really enjoy shopping at Premiere, the owner is full of great ideas and has hand selected some pretty amazing furniture.

I called them twice and asked for help, and instead, was treated so badly I was shocked. First, the owner told me he was sending someone to check it out, but he never did. The second time I called, the salesman called me "sweetheart" very rudely and hung up on me saying that he had to help a customer (as if I wasn't a customer). They treated me as if I was a burden, and not worth their respect or their time... So I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, and it's been a back and forth process for the past 5 months now. As of today, the issue is still not resolved, and my back is a wreck. The dip in the middle is so bad I have to squeeze to the sides of the bed and most of the time, and that doesn't help at all. My advice to any single mothers out there, BUYER BEWARE... They are very rude to women, judging from how they have been treating me. If I were a man, I'm sure the salesman wouldn't have called me sweetheart and hung up on me, and this issue would have probably been resolved immediately. With this store, if you are unhappy with the bed you bought, you'll be blamed for it, and you will not get your money back or any help at all. They are extremely reluctant to make things right, they do not take any responsibility at all, and will not replace your bed or give you a refund. Basically, it's a done deal. And since your bed is supposed to last 8 to 10 years, you better make sure you buy from a company that stands by their products and will allow you a refund or a replacement. This company doesn't even have their terms and refund policy in writing anywhere - not on their website, not on the receipt you get, and they don't give you any other paperwork besides the receipt - I didn't even get a copy of the Warranty! That's considered fraud, according to the Attorney General's office... Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon so I don't have to hire a lawyer,

FEMALE DISCRIMINATION, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, FRAUD…read more I purchased a bed in August of 2016, that ended up being too firm, so they replaced it for me with a different bed that is so painful I can't sleep a full night without interruption. I called them twice and asked for help, and instead, was treated so badly I was shocked. First, the owner told me he was sending someone to "inspect" the bed, but he never did. The second time I called, the salesman called me "SWEETHEART" very rudely and hung up on me saying that he had to help a customer (as if I wasn't a customer). They treated me as if I was a burden, and not worth their respect or their time... The last time we spoke, I told him I was filing a complaint, and he told me, "it doesn't matter" and that he would just ride it out and keep responding until I get tired. The bed dips in the middle since the very first night so it is possibly a manufacturing defect, or the floor model - it feels like a very OLD bed, like my previous bed felt after 10 years. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General (at their advice) in Oct. 2016, and it's been a back and forth process which is currently at a stand-still as they cannot force the business to respond. As of today, the issue is still not resolved, and my back is a wreck. The dip in the middle is so bad I have to squeeze to the sides of the bed and most of the time, and that doesn't help at all.
