Hate whenever the big dude is at the counter working, he's extremely irritating I always come here to get my pens and the 2 girls that work there are cool. He always says some bs saying don't have any right now & it's always when he's here. This place has the worst customer service! We were sold a vape pen that did not work and they refused to return it. No where in the store is a posted return policy and it's definitely not on the receipt. They told us to contact the manufacturer. I'll never go back here again, ever. They are so rude. read more

We go to this store several times a month. It's clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Lots of hookah supplies and vaping supplies. Plus a small cigar selection. And we've bought quite a few winning scratchers there. read more

One star for this business is in fact too many. I've been a returning customer there for many purchases, however today they showed extreme inflexibility and negotiating price for a water product. When my friend girl returned to buy the same product for me, the employee charged her a completely different price. Upon getting the water product home it turns out that it is built poorly, it had not been properly cut and therefore it does not have a clean or smooth draw. Because they did not provide a receipt and it was a cash transaction imagine tomorrow will be very difficult in returning or exchanging this product. Based on my experience of tomorrow I will update this review. However,the star rating will not change nor will I give my business to them. read more

Worst smoke shop!! My bf bought a bong from here and was so excited! Used it ONCE stg, went back to hit again and it was leaking!! He went it to see what they could do for him and they said nothing! I went in to get a FLUM vasp. the staff was really helpful in helping me find a coil for my other Vape and pick out flavors... However when I went to check out I noticed that the Vape I bought is $8 more than I paid for it in Hollywood. I bought a new smok devise and some liquid with it. I didn't realize that it was 40ml nicotine till after I Un wrapped it in the parking lot went right back in and he wouldn't exchange it for a lower nicotine level for me after just spending 100$ in the store 5 min earlier. The girl behind the counter apologized for not telling me that the "salt" liquid only comes in 40 mg but still the guy wouldn't exchange it. Fuckin joke. Actually come here often to get a peach lemonade vape because there the only ones who sell it here, I went in yesterday to buy one and usually I check if the capes work there because I've had issues before. But I didn't this time I kinda trusted the place and the people. Sure enough it was defective it didn't work at all. I spent 30 dollars that went to the trash. So I thought since I come here often maybe they can help. Well I took it to them. They saw the problem with it and offered me a $5 dollars off a new one, lol not giving them almost 60 dollars for one working vape. Another rude establishment. The Arab Young Male has no clue that there is a line of people waiting for my transaction with him to get through and he asks to read all his super tiny messages on shelves myself, basically stall the line. Instead of just answer the questions quickly without commenting on them. Plus messages on shelves do not match what the guy sells, so basically a simple bait and switch operation, cause no one can read small print without glasses. Furthermore, the big letter message states 4.25 per pack but he sells it for 5.18, when i asked him why a dollar more? He stormed his voice up screaming - can't you read there is no 4.25 per pack anymore - i said it is too small to read what he says i need to read and secondly if there is no more 4.25 then why not to remove that message so there is no need to confuse and stall the crowd behind me with messages like that - he looked at me too surprised that gave me some weird feeling that this type of BS (Bait & Switch) was a norm to him - so i walked away for good - forgot to mention, he gave me my money back but never said sorry making it look like it is my fault that i cannot read his small signs without glasses and stall the line of customers asking questions that he would never answer calmly / professionally - read more
