I use to like coming here when it first opened. I would order online and pick it up. I would say only 2 times they had it ready. The first time I ordered and second but after that every time I would come in it was not ready. I just ended up having to grab it myself which isn't a big deal but why give us the option if y'all aren't gonna do your job. Another thing I noticed is the pricing online is different from when you get there. It's always more. As far as knowledge I've had some great experiences with their bud tenders but I've also had a bad experience with one of them. The managers are wonderful and really care about keeping the customers happy and coming back. If it wasn't for them I most likely wouldn't come back because of the way I was treated by one of their female staff members. I come here for pain management and I would expect them to be more professional and knowledgeable and want to help people but instead I got this lady looking at me up and down and giving me an attitude for no reason and refusing to want to help me. I think from now on I will be checking out the other dispensaries around here or drive back to the valley because I refuse to be treated bad by their staff and I'm hoping they'll just get rid of her. read more

I just want to say that I usually am very happy with the service within Tradecraft. This last time I was so very disappointed. The young lady that helped me pick out a Vape didn't seem very knowledgeable and my only concern was that I did not want a sativa because it reminds me of the days I was fighting addiction, unfortunately she did not take my request and sold me sativa anyways and I've been wired up for the past 2 days , this has been the most frustrating experience as it would seem this new person was more concerned on trying to up-sale me on something I was unfamiliar with. I should have just gone with my gut but I decided to trust her and now I'd rather not shop there again unless the other Bud tenders that are more familiar with the products are there to properly guide me. This has been both disappointing and annoying because this seemed like a ruse , if I wanted to be lied to about what I'm buying I'd ask the people in Rosemond or the guy on the corner- as this experience was basically the same as that. i wish i could put 0 stars. i can in at 11 am , understand the weekend event , so wait time is understandable. understand we on a busy weekend , 2 employees to handle the morning shift on a busy weekend is unreasonable. on top of that , after waking for 30 minutes to get in and get attended. i politely ask if they can check the stock for 2 pods i come in for the same flavor regularly. apparently the "big dogs" where present and who asked, and said no come back in 3-4 hours when we stock that product. very short and rude. i felt disrespected as a paying customer, they don't value the customers in the area. no promotions for 4/20. no brand deals no event plans just points. and on top of that the point accrual is the worst of all loyalty system. have to spend $200 to make $2 in store credit. shop was great when first introduced to city, now that they aren't the only one they don't care about the store or customers, there workers are great have a personal relationship with most employees and even security. i'm never coming back to trade craft and suggest other options in area in a heart beat , better service , stock, and prices ! never settle for a company that see it's customers as just numbers and not the family feeling your suppose to have at a dispensary. in reply to Gershon, thank you for an horrible AI reply , half of your message comes in a text alert letting me know the deal for this weekend. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist/ greeter who checked us in and gave us a 30% for a first time customer. I was driving by and I saw someone advertising outside. Not many dispensaries here that I know of so I made plans to come in the near future. So the near future is now.I did call before I arrived because I wanted to know what they had in stock and the prices. The girl that answered said that she couldn't really discuss prices over the phone. I totally get it so I made a stop there. For starters there is plenty of parking outside. There were many people inside purchasing. I came strictly for the edibles and there is a nice selection to choose from. The prices aren't bad either. Very first time i've been to the shop was today 4/17 I have a big commitment to another dispensary but their deals for 4/20 had me hella intrigued. They had a buy one get one a dollar off so I was defintley not passing up a great deal. I stayed in line for about 45 minutes for me to get in and not have what I wanted. Shelves were not stocked... how can you not be prepared for 4/20 weekend especially for a popular store in the AV. I was met my lackluster and rude service FROM THE MANAGER. Not my fault they dont have what I want after I waited for a while and they had what I wanted but weren't willing to go to the back and get it for me. Just terrible service not sure how anyone can come here. Safe to say I had a horrible first impression and wont be returning. I could open a shop tomorrow and be better than this place. I was short on cash and I used my debit card, a few days later I started getting fraudulent charges on my card, also they said there was a fee for using the card which was added to the bill then a there was also an additional charge to my account for the fee so I paid the fee twice.
