Location was great. It's right across from the len Evan's acc school for trades. My aunt told me…read morenot to go there very shady. Boy, I wish I had listened. I rented the place for the full 10 weeks I was attending school. The place is small but that didnt really bother me... The fact that the sheets had stains all over them and stunk like old feet. That bothered me. You can't control the heat in your room. The first week I froze in my room. I asked the manager about the heat situation and he said hed get right on it. I had heat that night. The room also has a bathroom with a stand up shower and toilet. The windows are poorly insulated so when you have a shower the heat melts the frost on the windows and it covers the floor in a big old puddle. The sink (which is located outside the bathroom) has a slow leak on the hot tap which I informed the manager about. ... 2 weeks later. I now have no hot water to shower or wash my dishes. And tonight I have no heat in my room. I could go on about but if that isnt enough to dissuade you. Nothing will. I very disappointed in the service. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can.
