I have to say that I am surprised that their are no other reviews of this business. My wife and I, though not intentionally wanting to have dealings with Premium, broke down 20 miles north of Deer Lake with transmission failure. Bad day for sure. RCMP called wrecker and next thing, we arrived in their yard with a broken camper van. For the next 5 weeks through unfortunately unsuccessful efforts on ours to get the transmission repaired Toby the shop forman and a staff that were nothing but helpful in making us welcome and comfortable in a bad and stressful situation. I have to say thankyou for all your efforts to help us out and it just shows that Newfoundland has a special place in our hearts. It's been a couple of years since we were there and I feel bad for not posting this sooner but life gets busy. Thanks read more
