Then Carlos was grinding / polishung the end of the granite and destroyed one of the new cabinet drawers. at first they denied doing it, then admitted doing it but weren't going to make it right and said that it was in my contract to expect damages to walls, cabinets etc. Then Lia told me they're not going to fix anything and I was on my own! And their son Thomas came over on the day of the install, on time, and did a professional (and fast) job installing my 2.5" white blinds. I had just about every window in my 2000 sq foot home fitted with blinds - and Vince's initial measurements were spot on.
