I got there early to move aside the stuff - which is a lot - that I would be keeping. An hour passed. I called. They said 2:30, even though they had said noon earlier. I had to cancel a tutor lesson I had already paid for, and couldn't get a refund because of the short notice. I waited some more. They finally got in touch and said they needed to reschedule for tomorrow, but only offered a 10% discount for my time and money lost. I gave them a price I was willing to pay considering the inconvenience, they couldn't match it. So. Cancelled the job. Never doing business with them again. I lost an important part of my day, a lesson I needed to take for me job and the money I spent on it.
