The worker bees are probably paid minimum wage for working their tails off, so it shows in the quality (or lack there of) in their workmanship, since they don't know what the customer is being charged. I get it, the faster you go, the higher the profit, so you hope the customer doesn't bother to take the time to take a good look. But the lack of attention to detail and prep leaves me with the following advice: "if the price is right and you are about to sell your house, sure, risk it. BUT, if you plan to stay in your house and don't want to have to paint for a number of years, don't use them." I'm new to the Midwest, where painted Stucco front and wood panel sides/back of homes is common. I've watched as other houses in the neighborhood have been painted; there is typically a day I see the house dotted and lined with caulk, and then it is painted the next day. The fact the prep and painting ALL happened in a single day while I was at work leaves me thinking the lack of prep is where time was saved, which I would argue is more important than the actual painting. Simply put, I would not recommend. Earning a profit seems more important than earning a respectable reputation. I prefer a company who just does it right from the beginning, rather than me having to waste my time making a list of touch ups needed. We also discovered that they broke 2 of our sprinkler heads by driving over them.

The M&M crew were polite, approachable, respectful of our property, and hard working. They went out of their way to pay attention to details and be respectful of our property. They never made a mess and were careful to place all materials in a neat manner and out of the way during the day when working and at night. We also appreciate the timeframe in which they operated. The walkaround and estimate were performed within a reasonable time period and, most importantly, the job was started on time and not done piecemeal with days off between crew visits. Chanze and his team focused on completing the job within consecutive days until it was completed to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. Based upon M&M's professional workmanship in all aspects from the initial work put in to get us an estimate, to the final cleanup by the painters, my husband and I have been more than satisfied. ok. apologies for long post but I do want to warn people about this company…read more first he was hired and given keys to our house on April 12th , he said he would be done in a week. May 7 was our move in date and he "finished" may 6. reason for quotes on finish is because of the awful job he did. there were several cracks that needed to be fixed and they were not. We contacted him immedately and asked why they were not fixed and was he planning on fixing them. From may to September he gave multiple reasons as to why he was unable to fix them and never returned. Sept was the last communication with him. Multiple attempts have been made to try and get him to honor his contract with us which included a warranty that is still valid now but he will not return any messages or calls. Not only were the cracks not repaired but the paint job he did was awful. Paint was everywhere - all over the floor and other items. this was not a cheap job, we paid $3600 for this and man was that not worth it. use caution when using this company or in general just avoid him all together! if I could've given zero stars I would've, yelp needs to have that option!
