They took the time to ask questions and make sure they could accommodate our party, and they were able to provide everything we needed--a tent, three tables, and chairs--which ended up being perfect for our event. They arrived the day before, quickly set everything up, and made the process incredibly easy after confirming where we wanted everything placed. We did have an unfortunate incident involving some of the equipment (completely our fault, not theirs), and when I reached out to let them know, they were very understanding and gracious about it.
