Anyway, the location is in a great spot completely overlooking the river/Southbank and the city. One downside was that guests aren't able to enter the lobby or use the elevator unless someone comes down to the ground floor with a key and escorts you upstairs. The rooftop itself was nice, spacious, and like I said has great views. There is only one female bathroom and one male bathroom. One mirror...ONE mirror...take a moment to picture girls attending a 21st birthday having to share this one mirror with everyone else including males. The bathrooms were very very dingy/dirty to say the least, and the girls bathroom door doesn't lock properly. The function seemed pretty lenient, the rooftop was fully decked out with 21st birthday banners and music. You can bring your own alcohol as long as it is not in glasses. Cool spot I suppose, if you get an invite to a private function here definitely check it out if only for the view.
