I like that Kathleen is a CPA (certified public accountant) and has a Masters in Taxation (whatever that is, but it sounds good). The fee was competitive with the fee from my previous retired tax preparer. Kathleen came to my home and verified I had everything for her to complete my taxes. Less than a week later my taxes were done. Kathleen also amended two previous years tax returns to include a deduction I had not taken in those years resulting in additional refund from both years.
