I would not call this contractor if I had to do it again. I contacted him July 2024 in the middle…read moreof a heat wave when my HVAC system stopped blowing. He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.

Valli responded quickly and brought a third-party professional who had a scope that could be put down into the drain system to locate the underground problem. This helped them be more sure what they were dealing with for quoting and planning the project. They moved quickly to start and complete the repair which involved removing large boulders and other fill material, installing new drain pipe, and properly backfilling and grading.
