Im in a power chair and at the front of the store was a step that I would not have been able to get over on my own. Thank goodness for Rob who pulled me up and into store and I'm a heavy person let alone the weight of the chair. We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

We were in the market for all new appliances for our new home. We went to three different specialty…read moreappliance stores and were extremely disappointed with either their indifference when we walked in to when a sales rep is clearly pressuring us to make a purchase right away and the other suggesting a completely different set of appliances that we didn't need. As soon as we walked we were greeted. The store GM attended to us as all were busy. He went through our needs and what we wanted and left the decision to us giving us pros and cons for each of the appliances and brands. No pressure. We told him that we would make a decision and come back. No pressure that the deal is for today BS. He promised us he would send us the specs for the appliances so that we can start passing the specs to the kitchen designer for perfect fits. He did what he promised. Next week we came and closed the deal. The pricing he did for us was very satisfying to us. When we close a deal we want to feel that we can rely on him. It was refreshing to deal where the reps are working to what you need and not how much commission they can earn on a deal. I would recommend to go here for all your major appliance purchases and even the high-end luxury brands such as Sub Zero, Thermador, Fisher Paykel and also the regular brands as they vary just about every brand and budget.

My stove was not working and I paid $80 for a service call. This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.
