Everything seemed great from the start, staff was friendly and accommodating. Day of setup they…read moreshowed up a couple of hours early with about a 25-minute notice. The tent had multiple holes in the top, several of the zippers that met the side of the tent had several inch gaps in them. The delivery of the portable bathroom trailer (from East Tenn Rental, Celebrate's parent company) was very concerning. The driver didn't use the driveway although the other truck was moved so he could, he scraped the stabilizers on the road and dug them through the front yard. We were told we'd receive a discount due to the damage of the yard but because they provided a military discount, no other considerations were possible. The event was held on Saturday, 4 days later the trailer is still sitting here because they can't find someone to come and drain it before moving it. Problem is there are limited sources for tent/table/chair/bathroom rentals...and Celebrate knows it!

Audio was our knight in shining armor as they set up a four speaker system that made our presentations clear and solid. They had set up two large 10 foot long monitors but for a group of 160+ people, we did a quick pivot and decided to add a large presentation screen (9 x 12) the evening before the show. Mike at S.O.S. did not complain one second. Instead, he accepted the challenges thrown at him with the focus on having the best show possible.
