My fiancé for the recipe from the restaurant, sent it to Amber, and then a month before our wedding Amber did a cocktail tasting for us to make sure the drink was perfect and it was delicious! When we asked for applause for the chef, the audience shouted "YUM!" (That seriously happened.) The Pineapple Bacon Appetizer is so good I want to have sex with it - or in it - or both. The food was pure and specific - so healthy. The vegetarian option was REALLY good and I am not a big fan of veggie options, being a meat kind of guy. And yeah - the barbecue was incredible. If you go on The Knot, you will find lots of grand reviews. I will review there, too. Most say the following: "Best wedding food I've ever had." This sounds like hyperbole - it's not. It's seriously the best wedding food I've ever had. These are really good people - professionals that take pride in what they do.
