It's so nice for them to include a "CA legal" session on their website where i dont have to double check on all the items for CA compliance. folks who answered my phone call and talked to me thru their website live chat were super nice and informative. their pricings are very competitive and reasonable as well. all the firearms i got from them turned out to be less expensive than all my local stores even with FFL transfer fees and shipping fees added. Not happy at all. Ordered my AR-15 April 30th and it was confirmed. Was supposed to be sent 3 to 5 business days. Still haven't received any tracking number and spoke to Ms Lisa yesterday and was told it was to be sent out yesterday in my email. Was going to cancel the order but was told it was a 6% restock fee on a item that didn't even leave the store or anything. We could have spent $50 more and purchased it in a store near us and had it the same day. Will not buy again from here and won't recommend them even though Ms Lisa was friendly and fast to respond through email any questions we had. Only question she couldn't or wouldn't answer is when we were to receive our tracking number or our AR-15. read more

I had wanted to place an order for some accessories for my CZ Scorpion. I wanted to know who they used to ship their products. I did not want to use Fed-Ex (I have had 2 packages recently from them say they were delivered, but were not). So, I talked to Amy and she said they use Fed-Ex or USPS and once I placed the order I could request who I wanted. I placed my order and immediately requested the USPS. My order arrived 1 day before it was supposed to and everything was packaged nicely and in excellent shape. Also in the box was a small bag of Gummi Bears. This is what customer service is all about. What a sick bunch of incompetent and unprofessional people. Do not be fooled by the approach. These people want your money so I wouldn't make sense for them to be down right evio from the start. They start friendly, like they want to do you a favor for bringing them business. Once you've given them a credit card number, all honesty and integrity goes out the window. I called to cancel an order, first verifying that I hadn't reached the point where they charge a processing fees. They have a lot of fees they can charge, lots of information hidden in their terms and conditions, some of which isn't so much hidden but more of it's just not listed at all, but they expect the customer to understand they have policies. After negotiations took place, me and a representative settled on an agreeable exchange. The order was processed and shipped. Once it arrived, none of the original charges were reversed. They charged me the original price even though I called and spoke at length to a representative about their price match policy. I contacted them to try and get this fixed and was met by the most oafish and unintellectual individuals I've had the displeasure of conversing with. Derrick proceeded to hound me for answers like, what was the name of the employee I spoke to? What other vendors offered a lower price? He was just way way too comfortable treating people like dirt so I decided to send the items back and eat the fee. Supposedly the package I sent them via FedEx never made it to them. They are claiming it never made it to FedEx to begin with but with everything that has happened, I'm sure Derrick just pocketed the funds. No one should do business with greaseball used car salesman like this Derrick guy. Only spoke to two staff members verbally, only one was nice. Emailed communication between at least Derrick and two other staff, all of which were terse, rude, condescending, accusing and dishonest. I would not trust this company with anything that had my name on it. You'll save yourself so much time and frustration if you just buy from a reputable and honest business.
