Dr. Josh takes the time to make sure you are actually feeling better before you leave his office. Some chiropractors try to put you on a 6 month plan and only spend a couple of minutes working on you. It takes a long time on the snap/crackle/pop maintenance plan to feel better. Josh doesn't put any pressure on you to be on a maintenance plan and I feel way better after 1 or 2 visits. Josh aggressively works on your problem areas, so don't be surprised if you are a little bit sore after you leave. As a side note, I didn't receive anything from this review.
