Some chiropractors try to put you on a 6 month plan and only spend a couple of minutes working on you. It takes a long time on the snap/crackle/pop maintenance plan to feel better. Josh doesn't put any pressure on you to be on a maintenance plan and I feel way better after 1 or 2 visits.
