I've been here almost a year and I can't wait for this shit to be OVER!By far the worst apartment I've ever stayed at!. Started off great everyone was great & nice of course TILL YOU GET IN!. First week I moved in started noticing roaches had to have my apartment sprayed 3 dif times then it took almost a month for them to come each time.. so I started to by my own bug killer.. had to wait 3weeks for them to come fix garbage disposal had to submit 4 different requests for them to come fix the lick in my roof from people upstairs!.. guess what it was fix but they never fixed my roof the bubble of paint that is slowly getting bigger looks like it's about to pop! Still there till this day this happened almost 4moths ago. They sprayed over the mold from when water was falling Maintenance people come in with dirty shoes leave a mess EVERY TIME and don't clean up from them selfs!. * PARKING * The tow trucks literally sit in the parking lot aft 11 and pull peoples cars!. At the back by the hwy where I park they say there are signs on the ground where to park LIES. The signs have been washed away from the ground and you can not tell witch is visitors or residents so you'll have to go of faith that your in the right spot.. if the tow company feels if it's not a visitor spot even if you register you car THEY WILL TOW guess what the apartment do.. NOTHING they will keep repeating " you need to park in visitor" even when THERE NO SIGNS SHoWING "VISITORS ONLY" on the ground. There to lazy and big head to come to the back and look and see that is not the case there's really no signs on the ground!. Don't forget even when they give you a covered spot that cames with the appointment they will still tow your shit.. Just got my windshield replaced there for I didn't have a sticker. I still parked in MY COVERED PARKING SPOT AND GOT TOWED.. Guess what the office said.. They can't help me even though it is my spot that I was giving I still have to pay 400 to get my car out.. not I can't pay rent on time because of this now they will be charging me 175 for a fuckin late fee that they are not will to work with me on.. Yall they may look nice and the office is all friendly at first but DO NOT DO IT PLEASE they are definitely a big rip off.. I burned myself on your old stove because it's not up to date with safety features to prevent the outside of the oven door and oven handle from getting hot. Next time I visit my friend I'll take photos and get model info from the back of the old stove to prove you're lying. If you're planning on renting with them do not believe the photos from the website. You need to view the property before you sign. When I signed my lease on February 26 I immediately went to view my apartment because these ppl who work at these apartments complex will sale you anything. The apartment I was given had very very old appliances that do not work properly I then immediately went back to the office to explain to them that the apartment that I was given looked nothing like the one they showed me. Regretfully , I am a current resident. I was woken up last night by the sound of rats running through the walls! I didn't know what the sound was so I got up and opened my bedroom door to see one dart across the the kitchen and up under the dishwasher (which hasn't worked since I moved in) Maintenance is a joke- they aren't coming. We need screens put on the windows, the dishwasher fixed and I forgot what else now but as many times as I call in and request I'm told it's not an emergency so they will just "get to it" Parking is terrible. If you work till 6pm there will not be parking. You're going to walk a good few mins from the nearest available spot to your apt door. I had to carry my two sleeping children across a dark (seriously , they don't have any lights out here) parking lot. It's dangerous. More on parking, my sons father was over with us last night and he was parked in VISITOR PARKING area. The parking he's always parked in. The 6-7 spaces along the front. Recently they did some concrete work over there and have not yet painted "VISITOR " on the last two parking spots in the visitor area that had the concrete patched up. So , today he paid almost 400.00 to get his truck back bc it was TOWED in visitor parking area bc Prescott apts didn't yet paint VISItOR on that parking space in visitor - the manager , the office attendant and everyone confirms that is visitor parking but the manager said "well can't help you! Until they are marked with visitor painted on them those two spaces (in visitor parking area ) can be towed" .... wow. I'm in awe. It's just amazing how incompetent this place has been since I moved in here. The lady who ive gone to since I moved in and she helps me in the front office is very fair and nice , her name is Sheila. Her kindness doesn't make the maintenance to their job, or the manager any better at protecting his residents or make up for the fact that I now live with rats. Oh and SO MANY SPIDERS. Just don't move in here. I see new people moving in and I just wanna scream NOO! I left out the part when my car got stolen from the parking lot and I found out they don't have any cameras on the parking lot - I knew it would be dark being that they have no lights but definite improvements need to be made. Editing to add that they have a contact with a towing company- they petrol the parking lot for the apartment complex and tow for any little reason for money .... even if you are backed into your spot, they can tow. We have been towed twice . Once because it was a rental vehicle that I got late one evening after my car had been stolen out of the apt complex so I could get to work the next day. They towed it bc I didn't have a sticker - I didn't have a sticker bc it was 8 pm and the office was closed . I was at the office to get a sticker as they opened to come back and see I had no car to put it on. 400.00 gone. If i could i would give these apartments a -10. They are the worst. They have all kinds of bug problems and refuse to help you. We moved in and within a week we had to call them about roaches. they have come out my entire lease length trying to get rid of the roaches and now we have fleas and they are trying to say it is our fault and we have no animals at this property, yet they have a million stray cats running around the property. ive called to speak with a manager multiple times and i always get told she is at lunch. we called and asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned out because it is a fire hazard and completely stopped up. they refused and wont come out. this is absolutly ridiculous and now they are trying to make us pay to get rid of the fleas and pay to get out of the lease even though we cant even stay in our home and im having to live at my parents. They also require you to have a sticker for your vehicle and you are assigned a covered spot for your vehicle. There are people that park in your designated area and the manager has made it to where residents can't call to have cars towed out of their spot that they are assigned. My daughter and her friends paid the deposit and then were by Sheila that they had to pay another fee of $300, which they agreed to, and then after calling again they were told another 250$ would need to be paid. They argued about the new fee with Richard and Sheila and Richard told them that they can't live there. Legally you must have a reason to refuse service, Richard told them just because he doesn't want to deal with them. This place is a scam! My cleaning company suggested I replaced the whole apartment full of furniture because of the infestation (just that bad). Keep your photos and documentation because you will need it in the end. You and your children will also need to visit a healthcare facility due to the infestation (roaches will enter in ears, nose, or anything with an opening) so be prepared. These roaches travel with you. Jeff and Liz will go as far as you will let them. They should definitely pick and choose their battles wisely as they are definitely the bad guys. Can't judge a book by its cover which I know you guys are. There is no security at these apartments and when you go out at night you have to be very cautious when walking out at night my roommate had trouble with three strangers that stalked her by the pool and chased her to her car and that was just 1 month ago, now this week a teen held a gun at her and took her car keys. The cops came in time and got everything fixed but residents shouldn't have to worry about going out at night because we pay our rent and should at least be assured some type of security at least cameras or some lighting because these parking lots have absolutely no lighting and it is very dangerous in this terrible neighborhood, and the lady Sheila had assured us that the area was a really safe place and that there had never been any type of crimes or violence and that it was a quiet neighborhood but it clearly is not. read more

NO NO NOOOOOOOO!!! These are the absolute WORST APARTMENTS you could live in. All they have done since I moved in March 2017 is create TREMENDOUS headaches and problems for me. The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from corporate office to the property office and they would rather lose you as a customer/resident than to do anything to make it right. They DO NOT care about you or any of your concerns. I had to request maintenance 7 times in the first 2 months of residing here. Everything falls apart after you move in and all they can say is that they will put you on the list because it is not an emergency. WELL....I consider it an emergency when I have a 2 ft crack in my ceiling above light fixtures that would leak EVERYTIME it rained- took them 2 months to fix. Also, the paint they cover your tub with peels after about 3 weeks after moving in. I hear little feet and noises in the walls just about every late night AND early morning. ALSO, every single time I try to use the faucet in my master bathroom, it smells like horse shit! The pool in front of my apartment they demolished and left all pieces in the hole and threw dirt on top of it! (I think this is why my faucet stinks). Then all of a sudden they go paperless and say you can no longer turn in money orders. They will refuse your money order EVERY SINGLE TIME! They force you to pay online with either a $35 processing fee or provide them your account and routing number. If you don't like this option, you are told to make a money gram (which is expensive). I have advised multiple times that my lease does not state any of this and it states I am allowed to pay via money order. Even when expressing this to corporate, whom I talk to EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they to say well this is the only thing we can now offer. These people are penny pinchers and all they are after is more money. They will continue trying to add fees here and there just to get every penny from you that they can. I HAVE NEVER HATED LIVING SOMEWHERE SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! The apartments are way over priced and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO LIVE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE A LIVING NIGHTMARE and I can honestly say I hate it soooo much that I am willing to break my lease. I only gave a star because the apartment was a roof over head but I would give 0 stars. Very disappointing. They implemented a new parking policy. I discussed everything with the office and I felt like I understood everything. We parked the same way for a month and were not told anything. 3 days before we move out, they get our vehicle towed for 'no permit'. We had to pay $300 to get our vehicle back since we needed it to move large furniture (on top of moving expenses which really hurt our budget). We were supposed to park in visitor parking (which is far from our apartment) because we had 3 vehicles and they would not give us a permit for the 3rd vehicle. We lived here for 3 years, picked up after our dogs (no one else did), and abided by all of their rules. The office staff was cold at times. The manager at this time is very rude and could not care less about his loyal tenants. the pools are rarely cleaned and are not open very long during the summer. Our appliances were very old. The faucet handles kept breaking off. When maintenance comes, they do their best to do a temporary fix. There has been violence recently as well which was never a problem until now. read more

Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Maintenance and management sucks . Nothing ever gets fixed when asked. They are trying to charge me $300 for broken blinds and having a carpet outside. They said it's gonna be added to my nexts month rent. Than they charge you a utility bill mine is $100 . I already pay a separate water bill and pay my own electricity. So I have no clue what that is for. Not to mention the roaches are disgusting. I've bought my own spray and it doesn't help . I've asked them several time to spay and that never happens. They can't spray but they charge you a fee monthly for that. Oh can't forget they have a contract with a towing company that tows cars at night. Can't even live somewhere with not feeling comfortable with ur car being parked outside. My truck was broken into at night and stole my back seats so they're security is worthless. He is so rude, had issue with my rent payment and ever since then he has had it in for me, at one time he stated it would be better if you just move you are too much trouble. This past month of October I paid my rent and there was a lock put on my door, I called him regarding the issue and he state you are not suppose to make payments online with check advised him I made it with my debit/credit card wish funds come right out of the account if funds where not in my account the payment would have rejected. He state the payment had been return by his office back to the ONLINE company, I told him okay I will call them to give me the funds back , not even 2 minute late he calls and said we have the money its okay I will note your rent is paid and will remove the lock. The next day i come home and I find a Notice of eviction due to non payment, when I called the office the woman who answered said we do not have your payment, I told her yes you do I spoke with Richard yesterday, and her responds was WELL RICHARD IS NOT HERE, YOU ARE GONE HAVE TO SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT. Now why should I have to show proof after that I have never received a called from Richard to apologize. He finally is gone get his wish, I have recently been serve with a notice to vacate the aparment because according to him I have unauthorized occupant in my apartment, I never knew that we could not have visitors. I have custody of a grandkid and the father was here visiting, and according to Richard my guest was here after curfew, I have looked over the documentation I was given at time of signing my lease and it never stated there was a curfew here, what funny about this rule is that all threw summer there where kids at the pool way pass 3 am.
