I called Heritage and they came out and gave me a price to fix it, but I thought it was something that should have been replaced when my roof was done three years ago and therefore went with another company to fix it. The workman pointed out several areas of plywood were rotted away. He said there was no way that type of rot could have taken place in three years. Over the worst area, Heritage had nailed down a piece of flashing over the rotted wood, and then covered it with the roof liner. Do not use this company.

While struggling to get insurance to cover it they came out and repaired an old leak where 2 pieces joined. They worked hard to get insurance coverage, taking pictures and videos, working with the adjuster and being nice and polite all the time. They stayed in touch with me and let me know when my insurance came through. They handled my solar system, getting a specialized electric company to remove and replace the solar panels.
