There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!

I contacted them to see what could be done and they were able to paint them, which looks a lot better. My suggestion to future customers is to discuss your preference regarding concerns like that prior. Staining the mortar to match the tiles could insure they look nicer over the long run and also asking them to trowel the balls down a little flatter to blend in with the tile height would help hide them better. The crew was very efficient, polite and brave to be working on a house that drops off a cliff 3+ stories high.

At then end of the day, no matter how you stack it, Heritage charged me $3500 for what amounted to two people spending less than two hours on my roof. They really only needed to spend an hour, but I insisted they do some extra promised work. Heritage held their ground, demand that I adhere to the contract and pay what accounts to a labor rate of $750 per hour or so. Absurd. A good contractor would have concluded -- "Hey, we didn't need to do as much as we though, we can save you some money". I'm quite sure if they needed to do extra work, they would have charged me more. As far as I can tell, they are just behaving as over priced brokers -- better to reach out to the actual people doing the work. I wouldn't use them again, personally.
