The yoga room is big (necessary considering it does get pretty hot in there!) and even if the classes are popular, there is still room for all. The changing rooms are also nice, there is a shower and hair dryers at disposal if you need to dry your hair before leaving. And now to the most important part: the team! The instructors are awesome, very knowledgeable, and helpful. It was my first time (doing yoga) and the instructor helped me with my moves. The sessions are 90 minutes long, and you feel totally relaxed (even though you have worked very hard!) after the class. It's an excellent work out in an excellent environment!

Guys are simply awesome: positive, motivating and cool! There is a plenty of group classes that you can take advantage of such as yoga, Zumba, rpm, or just do you own workouts! Also classes on Saturday and Sunday (not the whole day tho) and free sauna access!! Whoop whoop!!!
