Having PTSD, Panic Attack Disorder and Anxieties, He has helped me normalize my feelings by helping me to understand my symptoms were due to my traumas and they were common reactions. Understanding what trauma can do enabled me to feel better about therapy and open up to treatment. I used to be embarrassed and confused by the fogginess, lack of expression, fear of leaving the house and so many other things that it has been debilitating.
