There was a communication issue. I could NEVER call and get this Minister on the phone and my texts…read moreweren't answered timely. She sent me information that wasn't updated to address my services so I wasn't sure if it was pertaining to our agreement. The day on my event the designated time of arrival for the Minister should have been 11:45/12:00, I was texting and calling her after 12:00. I changed the tone after entering the celebration to find afterwards the Minister texted at 1:06 to inform me of a medical emergency and sent over notes/ service guide to be read by someone. I had to address the Minister to request a full refund, which should have been addressed within the explanation of absence and apology. Still awaiting refund because it can take 7 to 14 business days. I had guests from out of town to not have a service/ sermon guide for a cremation Celebration of Life Ceremony. This made the execution of this planned ceremony to look less polished and religious. I am very disappointed!
