I have bulging disks and after working on our house, they were flaring up. My husband's lower back seized up the following week, and we had a 23 hr drive home in the next few days. We googled chiropractors and Gateway Wellness popped up. It happened to be a few minutes from our house, so we took a chance and made appointments for both of us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of my condition. He took x rays, which I appreciated, and showed me stretches to help so I wouldn't have to rely on a chiropractor for relief.
