Easy paella. Just add some fresh seafood and some cajun andouille sausage!
    Alexi Y.

We've lived in this area for about 2 years, but never ventured into this store. We have several nearby grocery stores to choose. However, tonight we were wanting tp make a quick paella. We usually get a rice mix from another store. Close by, we decided to venture in to find our options. Yes, we scored! There were 2 brands. We bought both to try. While there, we saw the variety of meats and seafood available in the back of the store. Store was organized and clean. Aisle signs were visible and items were easy to find. In the front, there is a cafeteria of hispanic food. They had closed during our visit. I will be back soon to try it.

Worst service and rotten products. I got three packages of refrigerated tortillas and when I got home I opened the first package and found rotten tortillas, I opened the other two packages and they were also rotten. I call the store to inform them and ask them to remove the other packages from their cooler so other customers would not have to go through the same experience and I was told that I have to go to the store in person. I live 17 miles away and work full time so I do not have time to go to do them a favor. I did not even ask for a refund. I just wanted to help but they hung up on me. Horrible place, stinks really bad and horrible service on top of that.

Reasonably priced for fruits and vegetables which is the only thing I would buy here because the meat section does have a bit of a smell.

And the way I learned about it was from a Yelp review. When we entered, the gentleman was making a Turkish coffee for someone who had stopped by and putting out pastries in the case up front. We learned from him later that the various "delights" are made at a Turkish bakery in Miami. We browsed the aisles. In one of the refrigerated cases, we saw taramosalata (fish eggs/roe caviar dip), but the use by date was a bit short for us to use up the jar size in time. Maybe next time. Lots of dried fruits -- the dried medjool dates appealed -- along with canned goods from various cultures. A whole section of spices. Candies. Snacks. Drinks. Syrups. Nuts. Condiments. Olives. Canned/tinned fishes. etc. etc. Plus, fresh halal meat. We even got a sample of a small cube of pomegranate and cashew nut Turkish delight. This dessert features a layer of "gel" that binds everything together. The dessert is traditional -- it's been around for centuries -- but the creative ingredient combinations are more modern. In the case by the cash register, were various pastries including baklava -- regular size and minis; kunefe -- three types; Turkish delights with all varieties of nuts, coconut, and fruit/other flavors; to more recognizable desserts like a chocolate eclair filled with hazelnut paste (nutella). And machines to make different types of coffees. We wound up buying some Turkish honey with a chunk of honeycomb inside and some pastries -- mini baklava for me and some kunefe with pistachios for him. I'm sure we'll return when next in the area.

We have never been disappointed until yesterday we had pastry delivered via Instacart to our home. We ordered Sfogliatella (a shell shaped pastry filled with sweet cream) and mini cannolis. They were both stale. The Sfogliatella pastry was hard and dry and the filling was pretty much non-existent. The cannoli shells were soft and chewy and the filling had a dry, hard, consistency. The embarrassing part is that we had company visiting and had bragged about Doris's all day, and then came the pastry... Maybe they just had a bad day, but businesses should be careful about the quality of product going out the door. For me, it was a game changer. I will look for another Italian market in my area.
