They are knowledgable about their inventory, which is nice if you aren't sure what you are looking for. The "Happy Family" and "Sky Painter" brands are unfamiliar to me, but after watching videos I found some gems. They also carry Black Cat, which is classic. It's nice to get some cakes people have never seen before.

After looking online, and seeing how expensive long sparklers were I was prepared to blow my whole gift card on them. When we arrived we were greeted by the associate working there, and his dog, both of whom couldn't have been friendlier. When I told him what we were looking for, he showed us the same long sparklers I had seen online, only they were a fraction of the price. We were able to get a whole case of them for half the price I would have paid online. Then since we saved so much on those, we had money left to spend on other things. They have a wide selection of all the good fireworks. Mortars, roman candles, fountains, rockets, you name it they have it. And it is MUCH cheaper than buying from the roadside stands that pop up around July 4th. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good quality, affordable fireworks. And since it is a little drive from St Louis, we made a trip out of it because it is on the way to Fast Eddie's so we not only got fireworks, we were able to grab lunch out there too!

Most of the product is separated in categories (cakes, shells, novelties, assortments, etc) they have the biggest selection I have ever seen of any store. They carry just about every major brand you can think of, and even some of the not so known brands that are should I say exxtra spicy... I spent about 2 hours in here and honestly I could probably spend a lot more time in there if I had a blank check.. Most of the time I was just talking shop with one of the managers and another older fellow "Pyro" who came all the way from Texas. The staff was great and very helpful, recommended some stuff that turned out to be great, and gave me some helpful tips. Prices are actually pretty low compared to just about every other place offering those gimmicky "BOGO" deals which is just rolling the price of both items in to one so you feel like your getting a deal. Unfortunately they do NOT offer wholesale pricing however their retail price is still lower than those other places with fake discounts and promotions. In all honesty this is one of the best shops I been too, great selection, friendly staff, good prices. My biggest issue is I wish I lived closer so I could go there more often..
