I missed the first call and 15 minutes later I get a call asking if I was home. The customer service representative called the service technician and he had gone on to the next client. My first question was why did she call and ask if I was home if he was not coming. Then since he was scheduled for my estimate. Why could he not come later in the time schedule? She wanted to reschedule and I told her if this is the way Delta treats their customers; why would I spend my money with them.
