The sweetness was just right, and the caramelized brown sugar tapiocas were delicious. I'd say this is probably one of the best Brown Sugar bubble teas I've ever had. They also have the giant Fortune Telling display where you pick a random stick with a number on it, find the drawer that corresponds with that number, and voila, the paper inside the drawer unfolds your fortune!

On a regular night you'll probably have 10-20 orders before you when you order. But at least you get you get to look at the art from the studio. Made with fresh fruit, all their drinks are superb. If you like slushes, I'd highly recommend their pan yuliang peach glacier. This bubble tea shop is tucked into a plaza out of the way from many other bigger plazas so unless you've been here before for other things like the dim sum restaurant, a hair cut, or the hockey rink across the street, it's kind of a nice local secret. Charming with delicious drinks, I'd definitely recommend it. (They used to have a very cute cat too but not sure where it is now. Hope they bring the cat back).

I decided to try it out for the first time. This place is in Langham Square. Parking can be a bit tough in front of the store. However, there is underground parking. I was fortunate to have nabbed a decent spot between both businesses and walked over. It took a bit of time for the man to come out of the back and greet me. Luckily, I wasn't in a huge rush and was patient. He was nice. I ordered a large smashed lemon oolong tea. I decided to go with 30% sugar because sometimes citrusy drinks require a bit of sugar. I also got less ice. He let me know that it would be a sour drink. Um, no. If I did my usual without any sugar, that drink would be sour! I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I also signed up for rewards. When this drink says smashed, it means thoroughly smashed. I saw this man smash citrus with a wooden cylindrical stick. The smashing action looked like he was bashing evil stressors or people in his life. It was quite entertaining and difficult to keep my laughter at bay. It took no time for my drink to be ready. He gave me my drink and a straw. I thanked him and happily left with my drink. I loved this drink. It was refreshing and had the perfect citrusy taste that I was craving. 30% sugar didn't make this drink sugary. It was more a hint of sweetness, which was what I wanted. The oolong tea wasn't terribly strong, but it was strong enough to balance out the citrus. It was delicious. I want to return for more. I also want to see more smashing fruit action... haha! (478)

The mall is always crazy with parking - thankfully there's underground parking to choose from - but just be careful navigating around with the amount of cars coming in and out. The interior is very similar to all of their other franchise locations. I like the modern wooden feeling setup. It's a very small place with only 1-2 seats available by the entrance. Again like their other locations, it's more of a buy-and-go situation. Staff were very nice - they can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Because they've recently just opened, they were very accommodating and provided lots of feedback to drink suggestions. Order came very quickly as well - as they amped up the staff to help with the ordering. Drink Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the drinks - but their recent promo is a Buy One and Get 50% Off your second drink. I ended up getting their signature Fruit Tea and an Oolong Tea Latte - both large sizes. I also expressed that I like things less ice, less sweet (with a preference of a sour side) - so I really appreciate the cashier given me a recommended sugar/ice level that suits me. The drinks itself were great - as I've always enjoyed Yi Fang. Very consistent to other locations. Very nice to see another boba option around the block!

The only thing i have to say is the worker could be a little faster. She took about 25-30 minutes in total to make 5 drinks. 3 for the person ahead of us, and 2 for me. We went around 10, so they weren't closing anytime soon either. She was nice though. Depends on the nights at the plaza, weekdays is okay but weekends are always chaotic. I typically hit Kinton Ramen in this plaza, fetch food, and leave. It was nice to have already parked for two hours. I got here at noon. There were plenty of spots available. After doing a quick look at the bubble tea places to choose from, I chose TP Tea. There's one closer to my home, across the border (it sounds fancy) in Scarborough. I needed to check out a different location. TP stands for Taiwan Professional. I still think of my former intern who disliked a software tester at our workplace who creeped her out. She nicknamed him TP, which stood for Toilet Paper.... haha! Anyway, I digress. I walked in and there were two staff members. A young man came over to help me with my order. The Thai milk tea looked so good in the poster on the door that I went with it. I couldn't get it without any sugar, so my order became less sugar and ice. I also got tea jelly. I had never heard of tea jelly before. Tea jelly in tea? Hey, why not? I paid with a credit card. I tipped and tapped. I also signed up for TP Tea's points program. You simply enter your phone number and sign in through the touchpad each visit. You can get free toppings, free drinks, and more. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. This store is deep and narrow. You can't sit down and enjoy your drink. You also can't use the washrooms. The woman behind the counter asked if I needed a bag. I politely declined and said that I was going to drink it now, which made her laugh and nod. I wished both folks a great day and headed to my car. The Thai milk tea ws excellent. If you like strong tea, you want to come here. The milk was perfect to balance out the tea. I loved the tea jelly, which added a cool flavour dimension to my tastebuds that I have never experienced. It was awesome and I got a decent amount of it! Less sugar worked out nicely. My drink was a touch sweet. Perfect! I had a great experience. On 2020-01-17, they introduced 4 new seasonal drinks: 1) White Peach Yakult, 2) Double Froasted Frosty with Mozza Foam, 3) Fresh Lemon Yakult, 4) Strawberry Matcha Latte. For Jan 17-18, you get 20% these 4 flavours. On 2020-01-18, I was a Tru foodie, fighting a snowstorm, to try these drinks. Ok, the 20% discount helped! I bought 2) and 4). For the Strawberry, it was nice with real strawberries in the drink. For the Double Roasted Frosty, the taste was good but I recommend getting 50% sugar because it was quite sweet. They also offer catering. There is no free WiFi or washrooms. There are 7 stools, one round table and one counter. Most people would order for takeout.

I also added a mixture of jellies in with the drink as well. The drink was lovely and refreshing. The honey mixed into the tea was not overly sweet - just enough for me to enjoy the taste. They also have the Boba Boy bottle that is reusable. You can put your drinks in there. The next time when you visit, bring the bottle with you and get a discount. A win-win for everyone. Cool! I headed over to this TP Tea location in Vaughan. It's in a plaza near Vaughan Mills, with CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice a couple of stores down from this bubble tea joint. Got to love competition! The plaza was busy on a Saturday afternoon. I found a parking spot steps away from this store and backed into it. I walked in. I was the only customer. I saw tiramisu cakes that piqued my interest. I had wanted a fruit tea. There were two men behind the counter. One of them let me know that I could only get a regular drink. All fruit teas were large. Bummer. The regular teas were primarily milk-based. TP Tea doesn't have milk alternatives. I didn't feel like a milky drink. Instead, it was slim pickings with three teas that I could choose from. I got a signature black tea. No sugar and less ice. This regular-sized drink would have been just under $7. I was pleased that I was getting it for free. It took no time for them to make my drink. Their cups aren't transparent, but are sturdy. I thanked both men and headed out with my cold drink. The tea was excellent. It had the perfect strength. The black tea was yummy and made my day. I will return for fruit teas next time. I like large fruit teas a lot more. (251)

This location is in a very large center in Vaughan for food and shopping. There's at least 3 other milk tea places next door. It's walkable from Vaughan Mills indoor mall and nearby hotels like the Aloft Vaughan Mills.
