We noticed, while waiting in line, that roughly half of the items were empty. I was suprised since this is a great location and they should know Saturday mornings are going to result in a lot of food sales. Our cashier didn't greet us or smile or anything. My husband started to give his order and was interrupted by her asking if we were eating there or taking it to go. I felt like this question could have come later in the process. We have been asked at the end of our order on other visits. I wanted a boston creme donut, but they were out. I ordered a sandwich instead. We ordered timbits, also. There weren't any in the case but she went to the back and said we could have the 20 if we ordered a mixture instead of just the classic timbits. We got our food in a timely manner. The girl who handed us our bag with the bagels and sandwich asked after giving us the bag if she had made the right sandwich because she wasn't sure what we had ordered. Luckily, she made what was on the screen, which is what I had ordered. All in all, while I love Tim's, it was a disappointing visit. They seemed really disorganized as if they had never been busy before. Maybe the staff is new or they were under-staffed. I'm not sure. I usually always have great Tim's experiences.

I saw the reviews on this place was excellent and needed to try it on our own to experience what other has to say. Indeed it was amazing the food and service that we received. We love it and waiter and owner was very nice and they chatted with us. I do have to say that when we left I noticed that we were charge for certain things that the waiter didn't inform us of. He gave us many choices but one of the choices was of hollandaise sauce and cheese on our potatoes and didn't inform us that it would be extra and also upgraded our toast to sourdough bread and fail to inform us that is also extra. I felt like he felt he was guilty and offer us coffee for free to go with us on our way back home to NY. A little disappointed with that! I don't wish this happen to anyone else.
