I love this place! In my travels every once in a while I run into a restaurant that I wish we had back at home. This locale has a great variety of choices. It opens early offering some nice flavors of coffee. I've tried the Americano and the regular coffee. Both were to my satisfaction. If you like, vegetarian options, either the eggplant sandwich option is delicious. The bar is also well stocked including nonalcoholic beer. They have a large customer base and can get busy for a good reason - the dining area is large enough to accommodate. Friendly staff! I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Want to rave about Pressed. They have a decent menu but it's expensive. In the past you ordered fries from the bar menu and they were expensive but the portion was huge enough for the table to share, not anymore and quality down and price up. Ordered a sandwich which was on the special board it did not come out as described said this is not what I ordered. Was told yes it was. Umm nope it's not they showed me a regular menu item with the same name. Then was told I got what was ordered and take it or leave it. Great it was gross, I left it! But paid full price for trash. Another instance where I tripped going out the door where they have an uneven door, it's not a step but a 2" drop. It's very awkward, the staff said I was clumsy. Open sign lit, doors open, one would assume they are open. Was told we are closed you need to leave, at the counter after passing workers in the dining area. Could have been told that they were closing by anyone before the counter. No problem, left, open sign still lit, people still coming into the lot. Tips, when did tipping a cashier become a thing? Do they pay cashiers like wait staff? Just odd, tip sure, no problem, but how much? It's an awkward ask, but 20% like waitstaff? I'd rather go to a restaurant and have waitstaff, if that is the case. So we want to love this place, they have some tasty items. But the rudeness is just too hard to take. read more

Wow. It's not often that we go to a fast casual restaurant while traveling and wish a branch would open closer to home. Pressed is one of those places. Super healthy and tasty Mediterranean style options. Our bowls (salmon for him, power breakfast for me) were incredible. Tasty, fresh and packed with flavor. We devoured every bite!!! Lots of options to choose from. My first time I went with the chipotle chicken panini which I enjoyed. It came with a side and I selected Caesar salad which was average. The panini was good and tasty, I liked the chipotle mayo that gave the sandwich a nice little kick. I saved the other half of my sandwich to eat for lunch the next day and tasted just as good. I love the food and typically, I find the service to be fantastic. However, I was in rush and I ordered online and, even though I chose Bedford, New Hampshire, somehow my order went to Needham, Massachusetts. I pull up to the drive through. I explained my situation and they said because I hadn't ordered within the last 10 minutes, I wouldn't be able to get a refund. I ordered at 5:31pm. I was in Lowe's. I had to grab parts because I had no hot water or heat in my house. I hadn't eaten all day. And I was starved, and I was really looking forward to a double smashed burger, and a smoothie. Instead because of my haste, and I do admit it was my fault. My order went to Needham, Mass. Nowhere near me and I couldn't get a refund for $31.41 from either location.... Because it took me longer than 10 minutes to get everything that I needed in order to get hot water, before I was able to call them. My advice be very careful at how that website changes your location. when you're placing the order online and also make sure you don't the same mistake, I did that. The gentleman at the register was very helpful in recommending dishes, and I ended up ordering the Green Monster smoothie and the Vegan Red Dragon Bowl. Our food was served quickly and with a smile. My smoothie was tasty and just sweet enough, with no added ingredients outside of the almond milk, banana, almond butter, kale, and forti flax. My protein bowl was equally flavorful, with fresh veggies and just a trace amount of oil--grilled tofu, red quinoa, carrots, kale, portobello mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, summer squash, onions, grilled pineapple, red peppers, green peppers, chives, crushed peanuts, and a side of house-made hot sauce. Aside from being a bit salty, it featured an innovative blend of ingredients that transcended the taste of each individual item, creating a savory amalgam of tangy flavor. The vibe is fun and upbeat and the employees always look like they're happy to be at work. I love the variety of foods- everything from comfort foods like Mac n cheese to light foods like a Mediterranean Kale Salad. I loooove Pressed Cafe, and this location is by far my favorite! It's spacious inside, so it doesn't feel overwhelming even when it's packed. Because it's a little removed from the road, it's nice to sit outside there when when the weather is warm. I have to go middle of the road with this review. The pros: the place is very cute and has many vegan options. The rest of my party is not vegan and they enjoyed their food. I have been strictly vegan for years. I ordered a vegan bowl and after taking a bite realized it had salmon on it. I brought it back to the counter and they asked if I had ordered the "vegan salmon bowl" Uhh, no such thing. I get that mistakes happen but they were so blasé about it, just said they would make me another. This is egregious for someone who for both health and ethical reasons does not ever ingest animal products. I had to suggest to them that they should refund me which they did and also gave me a small gift card. When they did bring me the correct order, it was not good. Stumbled upon pressed while staying near the airport. Was an overall great experience. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone. I used the drive thru and quickly realized I should have peaked at the online menu before arriving (there's a lot to absorb at the drive thru speaker). Ended up with a vanilla latte that was slightly sweeter than I like (well order half the vanilla next time), a sausage&egg on a croissant and a detox juice (beet, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger).
