With that being said, don't go in there if you don't think you can meet their standards of what a customer should be. Yesterday was the third time I have had problems with their employees. I am in my mid-twenties. I do not drive a BMW. I buy the majority of my wardrobe from Marshall's, so pretty much all last season. I carry a Coach purse, and work three jobs to afford nice things. I needed to pick up a gift for my friend and for my mother's friend. No one offered to help me, which was fine. I was perfectly capable of finding things on my own. I had settled on Vera Bradley blanket and Vera Bradley apron and was waiting to check out. The cashier was quite chatty with the lady in front of me, who was also taking advantage of the Vera sale. The employee offered her gift boxes and gift wrapping and took her time with each item. When it was my turn to check-out, I was prepared to accept the gift wrapping offer and pay whatever the additional fee was, even though I was pretty sure it was free. I mentioned to the cashier that these were both gifts for others, to which she responded "oh, that's nice!" She proceeded to throw my receipt in the bag without asking if I wanted it, and stuff the oversized throw into the too small bag which crushed the tiny Vera box that came with the apron. Earrings, pendants, and bracelets galore - in all colors and sizes. Along the back wall are the more ornate pieces. Reds, multicolor, greens, and blue larger pieces are in display cases. I met the owner/designer who works onsite. She will also create custom pieces ... Obvious attention to detail. Everything was placed in pale blue boxes with a silver bow - no gift wrapping required. If I am not back in Erie soon .... I may have her ship a piece that is "bothering me" (wink wink) or ask Santa for it.

Retailer reached out (see reply) but neglects the fact that I was in their store shopping for 10 minutes of which the entire time the employee was on the phone chatting away about personal matters. Nothing I heard would have warranted this being a business call or from a customer. The employee actually says to her friend "I have to let you go so I can use the credit card machine" as I'm at the check out counter.

The woman, Maria, ignored emails, said she never got them, didn't return calls, confused us for someone else, and gave several excuses why she wasn't fulfilling her obligations. We called another vendor in the area that was able to get our problem resolved the same day. I would consider this business to be unreliable.
