Stopped at the store just after closing last night (Sunday) for the first time and when I peeked in…read morethe window to see if they had a large selection of gloves, a gentleman opened the door to answer any questions I had, which was very helpful. I returned this morning just after it opened and was shown to their selection of Fastpitch softball mitts. We found a decent glove at a fair price and quickly checked out. I then asked if they had relacing kits and was told they were currently out but had the lace, but no needle. And then the man checking us out informed us that they offer relacing service. I showed him where my daughter's glove was broken and he said he'd have it fixed by 4 in time for her game tonight. This was excellent customer service as I was in a bind and it saved me from having learn to re-lace a glove for the first time on my daughter's glove in a time crunch. I interacted with 3 employees over two days and all gave us levels of customer service that I thought were long dead. Thank you, Play It Again Sports! See you in 6 weeks to get the rest of our glove relaced!

The people are just awesome - caring, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and more. Their summer events (DiveFest and underwater pumpkin carving) are a ton of fun. I can't wait to go on a dive trip with them. Special shout out to Elizabeth and Joe who have both worked with me extensively. Everybody there is great, but those two have really made me feel like I'm part of a community.
