The service was actually really fast. I had my gifts a couple of days later and you can opt to pick them up from their offices as well. I had a little complaint in that a small part of one of my sets was missing (a piece that could easily fall off ) I rang to get a replacement. They told me to keep the partial set and sent me another straight away. I had the replacement the next day. It was brilliant.
