Got Work tech had put the parts on wrong and wasn't trying to assist in any way possible. Jospeth kept stating there must be some other issues, long story short dont waste your time or money... During the Halloween snowstorm of 2011 when we went to turn on our heat we discovered that the pilot in the furnace was not lit and that we needed a plumber. It being the weekend I set out to find a 24 hour plumber. Igor picked up the phone immediately when I called and told me he could come over in a few hours (he gave a 1 hour range). He asked me to text him my address and said he'd call when he was on his way. He was prompt and professional. It turned out we needed a new furnace. Igor purchased the furnace for us and installed it the following day. Everything was clean when he left and the work was well done. Later that winter Igor added a gas line for our dryer and installed it for us. We left him the keys to the house so that he could work while we were at work. He locked up and even texted me a picture of the completed job before he left. He came back the following evening to pick up the check from us, double check that we were happy with the work, and dropped off a bottle of wine as a thank you for our business as his business was celebrating an anniversary (he also brought an ice cream cake for me since I was pregnant at the time :) ). A few weeks ago I called Igor again because of an emergency. It was a Sunday morning and he immediately picked up when I called and knew who I was and had my address. My husband had gone to move the gas dryer and stove out of the house and into our new house, but he wasn't able to get the gas shut off at the stove because the hardware was too old. Igor arrived very soon after I called him and was able to get the gas shut off and wouldn't accept any payment for his time. I would absolutely call Igor again with any plumbing issues.
