The so-called owner insisted that I pay them directly instead of using the Groupon, claiming that they don't make any money from Groupon deals. Not only did they refuse to honor the voucher, but they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I am a powerlifter/bodybuilder and those areas are like bricks. I told her to go hard, and she got above me and used elbows. I've never felt so supple and relaxed in my life. This morning at 1005am got a call from a person named Hannah telling me that if I don't want to use the VIP membership offered I need to cancel so I said I don't want it just reversed my charges then she said she can't do anything unless I signed the cancellation form she will send to my email and I cancelled my membership but after signing I got an email saying they are not going to reverse/refund the charges. She even insisted that I signed the contract which I am not aware of because I clearly remember, the lady at the front desk never mentioned about contract and auto-charge every month, she just told me to fill up another form of my information for record purposes and I even told her I already filled out same form but she insisted that I should fill out another one and I trusted I just filled it out. She tried to convince me the VIP because she said I couldn't use the Groupon anymore. If she had mentioned about contract and auto charges I would never take the massage service.
