Ok... again next question, can someone else see me due to the circumstances? Response: I text others and no one has responded, could you come in tomorrow and I will see who can fit your schedule. I have a job where I have to travel at times, I was going to be out of town the next day. She then stated that if no one could do it today, then she would "be happy to take me next week once she's in the clear". Keep in mind, that was the week of Thanksgiving. As of today, still not a word from anyone there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Besides all the chaos, the lashes never stayed on well. There was a time I had to come back within a week to get them filled in again I had lost so many. Even after I changed techs, they didn't last well. Was definitely having to go every 2 weeks for fill to look somewhat normal. Best part.... found a new place and my new tech is AWESOME!!! I can literally go 3 weeks between fills easily

I disclosed that I use tretinoin on my face, including the amount, that I had dermaplaned one week earlier, and that I wanted absolutely nothing abrasive, peeling, or exfoliating. I specifically requested a gentle, soothing and calming facial. During the facial, I was asked whether I was allergic to cucumber or papaya. A product was then applied that I was told would "eat away at the dead skin cells." I immediately reminded the esthetician that I had recently dermaplaned and could not have anything exfoliating. I was told that it wasn't a strong exfoliant. It began tingling and burning, and I had to ask for it to be removed. Later, an LED mask was placed over my face without anything covering my eyes, and I was left alone in the room for approximately ten minutes. My eye began burning while I was lying there. When the esthetician returned, I told her. When I mentioned my tretinoin again, she appeared surprised that I was using it. That was especially alarming because I had specifically disclosed it on my intake paperwork before the appointment. My facial was ultimately stopped, and I left with my face visibly red, irritated and burning. I have photographs documenting the reaction immediately afterward. I'm an esthetician myself, which is precisely why I was so careful about communicating my skin history and restrictions beforehand. I cannot understand the purpose of requiring detailed intake paperwork if the information isn't reviewed before treatment. There were other strange details that added to the experience. Upon arrival, I was required to place my belongings into one of the spa's tote bags. I was also offered what was described simply as a "bottle of water" and handed an aluminum bottle. Nothing indicated to me that the bottle was property of the spa or was a reusable vessel. Only when I was leaving, after I had already been drinking from it, was I told that both the tote and the water bottle had to be returned. Learning afterward that the bottle was reused immediately made me wonder about the cleaning and sanitizing procedure between clients. Had I known beforehand that I was drinking from a reusable spa bottle, I could have made an informed decision about whether I was comfortable using it. I paid nearly $300 today expecting a relaxing, gentle spa experience. Instead, I'm spending the evening of my trip in my room with a painful, burning face, unable to go to the dinner I had planned. I have emailed the owner directly with photographs and requested copies of my three completed intake forms, my treatment records, an itemized receipt, and the exact products that were used on my face. I also called afterward and left a message because knowing what was applied to my skin is important to me right now. I sincerely hope the owner responds and addresses what happened. If the situation is handled appropriately, I will update this review accordingly.

This was my first time having a hydromicrodermabrasion. I have always had microdermabrasions. I loved it. It was like having a mild power washing to my face but painless. I felt so clean. My poors felt unclogged and as if they could breathe again! Penny was fantastic as was the owner. They were both so sweet and welcoming. Penny explained everything she was doing, all the products she was using and why (the benefits for my skin). She went over the products I was using at home, my health problems, etc. The hydro microdermabrasion is definitely well worth trying. As a business owner of a power washing company, I completely understood the entire process. I strongly recommend giving it a try! I bought the Groupon but they offer the same price in house! They answered all of my questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. I also got the paraffin hand wax in my hands felt terrific. I suppose I will be a frequent customer. My husband and I had the best couples massage at Himalayan Wellness Spa! My husband raves about how great he feels after his deep tissue massage given by Steve! I had a wonderful swedish massage by Joanally! Also, service by the staff was excellent. In addition, we enjoyed relaxing in the salt cave with a glass of wine. We both get massages on a regular basis and when visiting Ormond in the future, we will definitely stop in for another phenomenal massage read more

I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime from $250 luxury spas in Europe to $30 back rooms in Chinatown NYC. This was easily in my top 5. I found it odd that they make you pay at the beginning, especially because I didn't have cash to tip so I had to add it before I received treatment. I tipped 22% but I wish I did more! David was receptive to my pressure/pain tolerance and found the muscles that needed more work than other parts with ease. No muscles left untouched. Highly recommend.
