Had my mother understood this before paying approximately $4,000, I do not believe she would have made the same decision. My mother's experience since retaining the firm has included four different points of contact. Each told us they would work to get her paperwork processed and sent to the attorney for filing. None of those four individuals work there anymore. To our knowledge, her case still has not been filed.
