I ordered a floor finish from Office Depot; it was supposed to arrive on 9/11 - I needed to finish the floors that night so they'd be ready to have furniture replaced by 9/14 when my son came home for a visit from school. They said it would be her between 8:30-5; when it wasn't here by 6:30 I called, was told to wait till 7 and call again if it hadn't arrived. Instead I texted, and learned the truck had "broken down." Luckily Office Depot agreed to overnight the product, but that still left me with 24 less to finish and dry the floors... It's 9/11, 7:05 pm... IF the finish arrives before noon tomorrow I MIGHT be able to replace the furniture in time... But I'm going to assume it won't, and make other arrangements - I suppose he and his cousin can go stay at their grandparents' - but that's terribly disappointing. So, why is Office Depot still using this ludicrously unreliable carrier, whose tracking is nonexistent and who have messed up many people's orders, from what I can see? High marks to Office Depot for their response - unless, of course, another day goes by without the order arriving. I'll come back if that happens... read more

They only got one star because zero wasnt an option. I ordered something from office depot that needed to be returned. The return was authorized by office depot and they were supposed to come pick it up.. when they didn't come I called office depot and they rescheduled a pickup..it raind that day and I had someone wait at me my house till 6pm they never showed.. than one more pickup was scheduled and again they didnt show...no call nothing on any of the pickup dates..I ended up taking time off from work to go return the item..this company is horrible to deal with. When I have to ship something I will definitely look elsewhere read more

The most pathetic excuse for a delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a chair from Office Depot & they apparently use this company for the deliveries. It was supposed to be next day delivery. A week later I still don't have my chair & Office Depot won't do anything about it. This company has lied repeatedly claiming they made 3 delivery attempts but our building was closed. Our apartment doesn't "close". It's not gated, it's not behind a locked door where they can't get to my doorbell or knock directly on my door. And I've been home all day every day since I ordered it & no one has tried to deliver it. Other companies have made deliveries just fine but somehow these geniuses can't figure out how to get past the stop sign at the entrance of the complex & think we are "closed"! I will never order from Office Depot again knowing they use these morons to deliver their crap & don't care whether it actually gets delivered or not. I guess these two companies have a good scam going on. Office Depot charges you then no one ever actually delivers the merchandise so they get to keep it.
