Her compliment read as follows and I quote: "Just J. left a compliment for your review of Grab a Cab 'I am sorry for the confusion, however, NONE of my drivers recognize you nor have heard a complaint, further more our drivers are equipped with in car credit card runners, i am not sure who you mean to review but im pretty sure it wasn't us! Please call our office and ask for Julie, I would be more than happy to resolve this issue for you if in fact it is us!'" To add insult to injury she then left a 5 start review in her own company's page. Finally for clarification: 1. the cab that picked me up both times was a white car with "Grab A Cab" painted in yellow in the side 2. Like I said in my review I had to pay OVER THE PHONE both times I unfortunately had to use this company 3.
