I was literally conned by this dental office into getting expensive CT scan-like test of my teeth, which of course insurance did not cover, and in the end offered to help in determining my care. This was ordered even before the dentist looked inside my mouth by a nervous young assistant. I feel completely ripped off and will not step foot in their office again. read more

I was there for part 2 of my implant journey. I will start with I did not prep for this visit like I should have and that is 100% on me. I was "that guy." Dr. Rudiak, to his credit, accepted the challenge with kindness and an arsenal of tricks that all worked. He and his assistant never once made me feel badly or shamed me for my reactions. Updating my previous review, as the results of my gum grafting has resulted only in 1 mm of difference. Upon seeing my significant other's drastic results, I was under the impression that the exact same doctor would deliver similar results. To date, two hygienists have commented that the recession is still an issue on the areas that were worked on, including both sides of my upper mouth. I had gone into the office for a post follow up consultation, and was advised to give it 6 months for the half year follow up. Insomuch as I had renewed coverage, with the coverage year starting over right after the procedure, I wanted to get other areas grafted, but was advised otherwise and told that if I needed touch up on the worked on areas that it was something to consider and doable at the 6 month mark. Again, since then, I saw two hygienists and was advise that gum recession was an issue for me. Not sure why Prestige didn't suggest getting the recession addressed through more gum work then. The service has been courteous, with friendly pleasantries, but I'm a bit disappointed with the results of my gum graft. Over $1000 out of pocket, with over $2000 in insurance coverage, for only 1 mm of extra gum coverage seems like a waste of time, pain, and money. Hope the 6 month follow up provides better advice on a corrective course of treatment. read more

Rude front staff, who provide post op care contrary to their own dental staff. Gave unwanted and frankly racist advice that I needed Botox injections to slim my jaw. Agree with prior negative opinion by Jimmy L in that they base care on what they can get from you and your insurance, not necessarily what is best for the patient, and when you bring up the slightest objection they raise their voice/gaslight you by claiming you're objecting because of cost. First dental place I have ever been to where they literally have agreements you have to sign to be pleasant to front staff or be denied service. Why would they do this? Because their front staff is rude = red flag. First place I have been to where they constantly have you sign agreements absolving them of responsibility, to include stopping mid service/procedure to pressure you to sign. Tried to bill me twice for a procedure they did not administer. Please there are so many dental practices, please do not go here. read more

Could not recommend this place enough! Super professional and friendly, nice modern office space that creates a calming environment (which is nice and relaxing when you're undergoing a root canal). Dr. Shah was very thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and had a wonderful bedside manner. Dear Team, I had an extraction yesterday at 1:30pm. Every person I had interactions with was kind, helpful, caring and empathetic. The office was very clean, and the atmosphere was bright and cheery. I really can't think of one area of disappointment that I experienced. So far, my recovery has been seamless. The medications are doing what they're supposed to do, discomfort is minimal. Now, I don't want to get to know you all much better than I already do, meaning more surgeries, etc. But you did everything possible to quell my anxiety. My economic anxiety was even reduced by the manner in which your financial guy talked with me. I am so appreciative of your care. Thank you all!!! I was grateful they squeezed me in to see me when my regular dentist said I needed a specialist and had been suffering intense pain over the long weekend. They were very thorough, explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions. Both of the doctors who saw me were exceptionally kind and gentle and the office staff was great. My consultation was wonderful. I have very sensitive gums and Dr. Aboosi was super gentle. The staff that welcomed me were professional and organized. Dr. Eddy and the entire team took great care of me and I am so pleased with the results of my gum grafting. I had a root canal done here. When I had the same procedure done last year at another place I was able to use my insurance for that and plenty of other things, but this place overcharged and made sure to use up all of my benefit for just one procedure. The person doing the procedure looked very young and fresh out of school, and the filling they put in only lasted about a day and fell out, so I have to once again go to the dentist to get it refilled. read more

Outrageous in this day and age with businesses failing that they would rather collect $50 for a missed appointment than keep satisfied clients. I was an emotional mess. My tooth was perplexing to several experts but all agreed that something wasn't right and that it needed a serious look and probably extraction by "Dr. Eddie." I was in tears in the chair during the initial exam and at the scheduling desk again with Sweet Lori (sp?). I came back to have that gigantic tooth and THREE CURVED ROOTS taken out. It was a really hard thing to do. "Dr. Eddie" and his nurse made sure Sure SURE I was comfortable and I was! This team and place is top notch and helped me through something that could have been absolutely horrible for me. Add in that he called me personally this morning to see how I was doing and I give he and his staff 6 stars! It wasn't fun, or easy for either of us, and it was so so sore/painful last night but i had good meds. I wanted to hug him hard when it was over. He is a magician as far as I'm concerned! read more

I've had a couple of root canals at other places so I was not looking forward to my appointment at Prestige when my dentist referred me for a root canal. However, when I got there I was amazed at how friendly and professional the staff was and even more amazed at the absolutely pain free root canal I experienced with Dr. Sidor. Both she and her assistant are kind and patient. I truly did not feel the Novocaine injections. There was no pain during the root canal and when the numbness wore off I was pain free with no swelling. You can't do better than that! I highly recommend them. read more

On April 24th, upon arriving at 2 PM for my appointment, I asked the front office if they had all my information, and they said they did not. I forwarded them the email containing my details. I asked if I owed them anything, and they responded that they had to check with my insurance. I said I would wait for them to check. After a few minutes, a dental assistant called me in for the root canal procedure, and Dr. Destat and his assistant started the procedure. However, in the middle of the session, Dr. Destat and his assistant left the room without informing me. I was left unattended for almost 5 to 7 minutes, and nobody communicated anything to me. My mouth was full of saliva, and it was inappropriate for the members of the team to leave a patient unattended during a procedure while under 3 anesthesia has been done. A member of the front office asked me to provide my consent for me to sign and informed me about the amount I owed, which was not an issue for me to pay. As a business person, it's important to prioritize finances, but we must not forget about our customers or patients. Dr. Destat demonstrated patience, kindness, care, and thoroughness during our interaction, I must still express my deep disappointment with how I was treated by the front office team during my visit to your office today. The level of service provided by them fell significantly short of my expectations, leaving me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience.
