I put my house on the market with one of their agents Jacob Haugstad. At first he was good and responsive but after he got the listing everything has changed. I almost killed myself to convince him to have open houses. My house was on the market for almost 80 days and he could not even bring a low ball offer. While I bought it, it was sold in 5 days with 10 offers. It is a great unit and I am pretty sure if I had given it to another responsible agent it could have been sold in less than two weeks. Jacob their realtor is so unresposive and late to answer my text messages which I am pretty sure he missed a lot of potential buyers. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!

Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

He has a strong knowledge of construction, contracting and home appraisals (he has worked as a tax appraiser for a county government), and would always give us an honest and frank assessment of any property we were looking at, even when it meant telling us that he thought something was over-priced or not suitable for us. This was in the very hot market of early 2013 where other buyers were clamoring for the same properties and driving prices up! We eventually were able to buy a house we like, that other buying agents had passed over for their clients. We later learned that the buying agent's commission on the house was a full percentage point lower than normal; Kirk's opinion was not affected by this; he was more than happy to give us his honest opinion about the property, and to help us make the purchase. He was able to negotiate a good deal for us in the end, and the appraisal and purchasing process went very smoothly.
