I worked with Marc to complete an off market transaction. From the first time we talked to each other, for my inquiry of how an off market sale works to when attorneys like him get involved, Marc was communicative, informative, patient, and to the point. He spent time talking and explaining things to me even when there may not be a deal. When I called again after making some progress, he remembered our previous conversation and we were able to quickly confirm next steps.
