Called for same-day reservation and was lucky enough to secure services from Ontario to Inglewood for a show at the Forum. Since it was just a party of 3, we didn't need a limo. Instead, we got a sparkling clean & super comfortable Cadillac Escalade. You get charged hourly, plus 20% in tax/gratuity. The invoice is emailed with a confirmation of the pick-up/drop-off arrangements. It's super legit. Based on the Yelp reviews, we requested Michael as our driver. As everyone mentioned, he was super friendly and so easy to talk to. We loved Prestige so much that we booked them for a 2nd time for another concert. Hoping Michael's available again! read more

Best Service we have had & we rent party buses often. The bus was well kept & they provided plenty of water & soda. Very clean as well. However what made our day was our driver Michael. I was very disappointed with this company's service. I reserved a limo for my sister's quinceañera. The weather was over 100 degrees on this day and my sister and her friends complained about the air conditioning was turned on very low and they were still very hot. Plus the radio or auxiliary cord was not working so there was no music. The limo had a bad smell that some of her friends did not want to stay in the limo for the rest of the hour because of how hot it was in there. I specifically got a limousine because of how hot the weather was going to be during this time. I was expecting more from this company since I read on so many great reviews. I gave only one star because my sister expressed the driver was very professional and nice to everyone. read more

I've used Prestige Limousine service many times over the past few years. We just used them again last week for taking 14 people from Rancho Cucamonga to LAX and back. The limo arrived on time (4:00 AM on a Sunday). The driver handled loading and unloading all of our luggage. Upon our return, the following Saturday, the driver picked us up promptly and once again handled all of our luggage. The icing on the cake was that he had hot pizza waiting for us which was fantastic after a long day of travel. Our prom group had an fantastic experience. Especially our driver Michael was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The party bus was in good condition, it had both water and Coke (very nice for after prom) and fancy lights in the cabin. You could also completely cover most windows, making for a really fun way to travel between locations.
