Amazing service from end-to-end and easy to book! I recently booked a round trip to/from LAX for my elderly parents. I was on the return trip with them and I really appreciated their care, compassion and patience they demonstrated with my elderly parents so much. Of course this was in addition course to maintaining communications and being on schedule. All the way around they made this super easy. We had a great experience using WDR this past weekend. We used their Sprinter limo for my daughter's prom for 9 kids from the Upland area to Pasadena and back. Luis was their driver and he was a complete professional! The Sprinter was clean and well maintained and the kids loved the interior lights and sound system. Their prices were reasonable and I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge the price, just because it was for teenagers. I booked a limo service for drop off and pick up at LAX. Miguel was our driver for the drop off and I couldn't be happier. Miguel was on time, very courteous and professional and pleasant as well. I was travelling with my wife and daughter and we each had medium sized luggage. Miguel picked us up in a Suburban and we were all very comfortable. Bottled water was available to us and that was appreciated as it was very warm that day. He got us to LAX ahead of schedule and dropped us off at our terminal. I was so happy with his service that I made a special request that if possible, could he please also pick us up on our return. Things worked out that he was available to be our driver on our return. When we arrived at Tom Bradley Int'l terminal and as soon as we had our luggage and were outside at the curb, all I had to do was send him a text message. Miguel arrived in less than 10 minutes which is remarkable considering all the heavy traffic and congestion at LAX. After a long trip, it was nice to be able to sit back and not have to deal with looking for my vehicle and deal with the traffic coming home. I'm extremely happy with their service and will be using WDR again on my next trip. read more

The best! I had an early morning medical appt; needed a 6:20 a.m. pick up, then needed ride back to hotel. The driver Rolando was 4 mins early, then for the return trip, picked up my daughter at hotel, came and got me, even stopped to pick up food on the way back, then delivered us to the hotel.
