The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .

As soon as he got here he pre-treated the trouble spots (stains and mildew) with a solution. My trouble spots were the vinyl trim around the windows, underside of gutters, transom window above front door, and hardiplank. While that was working in, he cleaned the 1st and 2nd floor rooftop of all debris including leaves and pine needles. Thankfully James bagged and removed all debris so I didn't have to. We had them come to clean out our very full gutters on our 2-story house, and they did a fantastic job - used ladders with stabilizers to protect our gutters while working on the roof, blew out our gutters, cleaned up all of the debris, and then hauled all the trash away afterwards.
