    Excellent service. James showed me pictures of mold he found then treated it. The after photos look great. I'm so glad I had this done.

    Lies and more lies

    This man is a scammer. This guy's demeanor is very rude, abrasive and off putting. His Groupon says that dryer vents are part of service in the title but then the fine print states they are not included in the service. I am very upset at this contradiction. They should be emoved from Groupon immediately.

    I am very pleased with my service. Needed a deep clean and oh my goodness, I can see the difference. Lucius and your co worker are amazing. I am really grateful that we will be able to breathe clean air and not worry about mold and maybe our allergies will clear up. I would recommend calling this company and asking for Lucius.

    James and Lance were great! We originally scheduled them for an air duct cleaning service since we just bought our home and thank goodness we did. During their inspection, they found mold in the air duct, it was so gross! They were able to come back later in the day when it was convenient for our schedule to do a deep cleaning. They made sure to move any furniture that was directly under any vents so they wouldn't get dirty. They cleaned every vent and duct and got rid of all that nasty stuff! They were professional and courteous while in our home which we really appreciated. Highly recommend them!

    I don't post reviews much but usually rely on them to decide which business to try. I thought this time i needed to let people who rely on reviews know about this company. I hired Indoor Air Specialists based on reviews from yelp and they came out 8/13/2020 to give me a quote for air duct cleaning. Turns out I had mold and needed a UV light installed to prevent future mold & I decided to get my carpets shampooed by them while we were at it. James quoted me about half what another company had quoted me the day before so we se ides to give it a shot. They cleaned my ducts & shampoo carpet on 8/13/2020. UV light had to be installed at later date because they had to order it. After waiting for over a month they finally came out on 9/18/2020 and installed UV light @ noon. My AC stopped working after they installed UV light and they had to come out same day @ 4pm to remove UV light because James said it was conflicting with Nest thermostat and would have to order another UV light. My house reached 80 degrees that day when the AC was set to 70 all day. Ever since 9/18/2020 my house was always warm and my AC was continuously running to no avail. On 9/28/2020 my husband finally had time to go up in the attic to see if he could notice any obvious problems. He found one of the main ducts sitting on the attic floor disconnected from the HVAC system. My house felt warm and the attic felt cool due to the air being blown straight into my attic for the past 10 days! I am dreading my utility bill next month. My husband had to run to Home Depot to purchase materials to reconnect the duct to the HVAC system. He also noticed a hole that had been cut into the HVAC box with tape over it, turns out they made that cut to install the UV light. This is beyond unacceptable. I tried calling James the night we discovered the problem but it was Sunday 7pm. I never received a call back so I texted him the next morning and told him everything we discovered and all he could respond with was that the UV light was defective per the manufacturer. No apologies were made and no explanation as to why the duct was disconnected from my HVAC system. I asked him to cancel the UV light replacement because I cannot trust him to work on my house any longer. James is a nice guy, but as far as business goes, I would not recommend Indoor Air Specialists.

If you need floors polished, they're fine, but I would recommend using anyone else for showers. The owner said everything was fine. I sent him photos and he sent the same person back. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Looks like they put black marks on the white tile on the walls while scrubbing, and they didn't clean the grout. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it. We we used them 6 years ago we were thrilled with the results, but stay away if you want tile and grout work.

    As many people know, I am hugely involved in the animal rescue community. I foster & rescue animals…read more&I have done so for years. Therefore, if you have animals in your home, & want to keep your home clean & smelling nice, you know, like I do, the importance of using a reputable carpet cleaning company who values their customers. Never in a million years did I think that Upfront Home Service would do me dirty like this after all of our years of working together but I guess that's what happens when a company gets GREEDY. They forget that it is their long time customers who helped them to succeed. Recently, we scheduled a move out carpet cleaning with a few patch repairs. At first, I thought everything was going great until I saw the one patch job. We brought it to the technicians attention & he said that was the absolute best patch that could be done. I didn't agree but waited until it dried. After he left, I went upstairs and noticed that the scent that is usually very pleasant after carpet cleaning was not there but instead the stench of dirty water was present & extremely strong.This was not the norm in past jobs with them so I immediately knew something was not right. I called the office & asked them to send someone over right away to see the job that was done and to smell the odor. I thought Rachel was going to send over a supervisor to check things out the next day but all that came over was a regular technician with a can of deodorizer to mask the odor. I thought they would have redid carpet & fixed the patch but that was not the case. Mind you, my circumstances have never changed during the 9 years I have used Upfront Home Services I have always had animals, & yes, animals have accidents. There was no more or less than the norm. After they cleaned my carpet, the carpet smelt great each time, so they cannot say it was my fault or point fingers. If they had only come out to see for themselves what I was referring to after I asked them to, they would have seen & smelt what I was talking about but they chose not to. A few days after this took place, & after I had a few moments to myself after moving State to State, I wrote an email to the owner, Joseph Pais expressing my concern & instead of reaching out to me personally, he had someone by the name of Daniel Guida call on his behalf. He seemed nice at the time & said he would send someone over to fix. I explained to him that the second visit should have handled this & that we no longer had access to the home. We moved out. I told him we had spent almost $1000 on this work & the least they could do since they didn't fix any of it on second visit was to maybe refund us something. Maybe 15-20 percent of the cost since the job was not done right & no one thought it necessary to stop by next day to see what we were talking about. Well a week later, Daniel did not call me back so I sent a follow up Text to him yesterday. I saw that he read my text but didn't feel he should be professional & reply. I then sent another email to the owner, this morning, & he had the nerve to offer me a refund of $50 & a $300 credit if we ever returned to Texas & needed carpet cleaning. We moved to Florida 2 weeks ago AND WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT TO RETURN TO GET A CREDIT? REFUND ME NOW. THE JOB STILL SUCKS!!!!! If Joseph or Daniel had come to the house, they would have witnessed first hand our complaints & the odor we had after they cleaned it along with the really bad patch job. If our 9 years of business means nothing to them & they insult me by offering me a $50 refund after spending almost $1000 on this past job, then they can keep it. Apparently, they need the money more than I do. Keep this in mind if you need to hire a company to clean your carpet, tile, etc. If my 9 years of business meant absolutely nothing to them, how do you think they will treat you or your home?
