LaMesa jumped on board made me the same offer for everyone else did and I thought I'm gonna go with them because they sold me my extended warranty. It would make it easy. They offered me the same as everyone else and then they sent the contract six times and kept saying oh there's a piece of paper missing. Oh there's a page missing oh one more time there's a page missing after the sixth time I didn't even look at what Page was missing and it was a page that stated that I just give them my refund for no reason it was almost $7000 be very wary of doing business with these people There's nothing but crooks and thieves

I called and spoke with Bob. He was very direct, some people might not like that, but I did. He's not a slick salesman, he's very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I looked at the TT, got an ageable price on my trade, and purchased. I had to wait to pick it up, as I was traveling. My pick up experience was so amazing! Vinnie is great. He's a perfectionist, so you know you will be safe towing your travel trailer. He went over ever system in the unit, answered my questions, and offered some great advice. I wish I had found them for my first purchase. I feel I got a better overview of my TT and I had so much support on getting it ready for my vehicle and safely leaving the lot. I will definitely do business with them again. Hopefully just for maintenance and such, but I really liked my experience here. I also met Jim, the owner, he's wonderful. Local boy. Wendy was also there today to help with tags and other things. This place is not out to get as much of your money as possible and not care if you come back. In late 2023, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler that had about 4K miles on it, and I purchased an extended warranty. I recently encountered an issue where the temp. gauge maxed out while we were idle at a traffic light. It self corrected in about 10 seconds, but it happened a second time. I had already scheduled an oil change with the dealer, so when I brought it in at 2:00 I let the Dennis know that I had this strange issue. He quickly informed me that they wouldn't be able to do anything with that for the afternoon as it was "late." He was caught off guard that I had an appt. for the oil change, too. He advised that I bring it back the next morning for both the oil change & a look at the problem. But he couldn't promise a rental car for the day - not sure it was covered under my warranty until they look at it (I have 1 vehicle and a 15 year old daughter to get to/from school & other things). I bring it in, he informs me that the thermostat needs to be replaced, which is covered under warranty. They tackle that and the oil change. I used their shuttle service to get home and found someone to help me to pick up my daughter. Dennis calls me to let me know thermostat is replaced, but he informs me that my shocks are leaking and need to be replaced - but the place doesn't even have that part so he has to order it. A Jeep dealership doesn't have replacement shocks for a 2023 JEEP WRANGLER??? He tells me that they'll order it, I need to bring it back in AGAIN, but don't worry - we'll have a rental car for you so that you can take care of your daughter for the day. The part doesn't arrive as expected, so we wait another day. I bring it in Friday morning and he asks me if I'm taking a shuttle back. I remind him that I need a rental car - he lets me know that they don't have any cars. I let him know that I'm not having the shocks done as I need wheels for the day. He asks if I can bring it on Monday. I let him know that I'm leaving for Baltimore for work all week. "We can't keep the ticket open that long." Why is this my problem??? He asks that if I'm going to be in Baltimore, can I leave the vehicle with them since I'm out. I let him know that I can't get to the airport without my vehicle. He is visibly annoyed and storms off to talk to whomever. Magically, a car is available for me. While we are waiting, another customer tells me this has happened to him. Shocks are replaced, rental is returned that evening and I head to cashier for my keys. I'm told that I owe $106 for the replacement. I let the cashier know that I have extended warranty on the vehicle. She tells me that there is a deductible from Mopar. This was NOT communicated to me at any time when I purchased the vehicle. It was NOT charged to me last year when I had to replace both batteries on the Jeep. I explain this to the cashier and I'm upset because I was told that this was covered under warranty (and it SHOULD be since I paid for it at purchase of the vehicle). "I just work here." She leaves in frustration, gets Dennis. He comes in and simply states, "I lied, this isn't covered." I was hoping that maybe the $106 was drastically less than my cost without the coverage (trying to feel better about the theft). "Oh, I couldn't tell you." I asked if it was in the thousands and he said that it would be at least $2K. I pay the thieves and discuss the situation later with my friend who is a car guru and does almost all his own repairs. He felt bad for me as he knows better. He was sure that I didn't even need the shocks replaced to begin with - the dealer is hitting up the Mopar folks for an unnecessary claim. While replacing my shocks doesn't hurt, it wouldn't have cost anywhere near $2K. Later I look at the paperwork & I notice that they wrote that I stated my "ride has become rough and bounces when hitting bumps." I didn't say ANY of that. They are dishonest, and Dennis doesn't have the right temperament for the job.

I came to a verbal agreement with one of the salesmen who called me accepting my offer. I moved my family and business schedules around, called my insurance to insure the jeep, and planned everything to make a 2+ hour trip... and at the last minute they sent a text apologizing that the dealership owner wouldn't accept my offer which I found very strange and unprofessional because they were the ones who called me to accept my offer. I recommend that the first time you see that they want to play with the negotiation, you run away and let that car go. Do your business with truly professional people. NOTE: I don't want an apology from anyone at this dealership, learn to be professional, there is the internet and bad reviews from real people are forever.

However, Ms. Maria confidently assured me that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", especially considering that the vehicle is not used for towing, but to instead focus on scheduled engine oil replacements and to of course listen to the car as I go beyond 60k miles. The key point being that once you unseal these new CVTs and cause an issue, THEY CAN ONLY BE REPLACED, NOT REPAIRED OR REBUILT... Good luck getting this kind of advice at the dealership btw... Needless to say, I've taken her advice and can now use that $400 to do my brakes. Thanks Maria!

Fast forward to today, the county was giving us trouble about the shed and supposedly lost paperwork and would not accept the original forms that Bobby emailed me because the dates were from a few years ago (when I purchased it) and the county demanded we have 'updated' papers. I called Bobby out of the blue and he sent new forms over before we even hung up the phone. His customer service is unmatched and when we are ready to get some new toys this will be the only place we shop at!
