I called yesterday regarding the AccuQuilt Cutting Systems to make sure they were a dealer and had demo models prior to driving from Knoxville. I was pleased to find out they did. When I arrived, I was greeted even though they were busy with other customers. When the customers had been helped the shop owner, Amy then spent well over an hour with me, educating me and letting me try the different machines. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, making appropriate and helpful suggestions on the dies I would need based to the type of quilting I do. She was able to put together a custom package at a great price (even better than Amazon). I left pleased and feeling like I not only made an appropriate purchase but also a new friend. I will definitely be returning.

The foundation paper piecing was an amazing find. The shop was clean and well organized. Fabric selection was good and was very reasonable in price. I did ask for a few yards of fabric to be cut along with my other selections, the clerk was a bit abrasive at first and I was as thinking to myself "oh it figures typical quilt shop employee not taking a younger quilter seriously ". However, I pushed a little and made her stir up some conversation that was a little better but she still could have been a little more pleasant. Overall a nice place but I'm not sure I would drive out of my way to go there again.
