They also brought in frozen coffee drinks and left rings on my $2,500 butcher block and skipped over two bedrooms ....given I have a three-bedroom house. This included makeup that showed signs of use and one product that was fully used up. I shared these concerns with the company but did not receive a response at that time. A manager later contacted me to discuss the invoice. During the call, I attempted to explain my experience, but the conversation felt tense and one-sided, with limited opportunity to fully share my perspective. I was told the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but my concerns about the service and communication were not addressed in a way that reflected that standard.
